Immerse yourself in a world of festive enchantment at the annual German Village Lights Festival. With the magnificent St. Mary Catholic Church as our backdrop, locals and visitors are drawn together, united by the heartwarming charm of Christmas melodies.
Join us in this luminous tradition and light a candle, a symbol of unity, warmth, and hope. Let's bathe St. Mary's in the glow of thousands of candles, each one representing an invaluable member of our vibrant community. Because every light matters, and your light truly makes a difference.

Delight in the holiday spirit as The Actors' Theatre of Columbus Globe School presents "Santa's Singing Elves." Elementary students will sing and dance in celebration of the season and Santa's arrival at Village Lights. Our Maennerchor (Men’s Chorus), Damenchor (Women’s Chorus), and Kinderchor (Children’s Chorus) will fill the air with classic Yuletide harmonies. The combined choir of St. Mary's and Indianola Presbyterian Church will perform beloved carols of the season. A variety of talented groups from across Mid-Ohio will lend their voices to this magical event, each adding a unique touch to the evening's enchantment.
The event unfolds over six hours within the sacred warmth of St. Mary's Sanctuary, offering the perfect respite from winter's chill. Come in, warm up, and immerse yourself in the festive sounds of the human voice, Handbell Choirs, St. Mary’s Schuelke Organ, and many more surprises that truly capture the spirit of the season.
Entry to this captivating musical extravaganza is complimentary, though we graciously accept any Free Will Offerings.
